Our Essential Oil products are for personal care and use and are not eligible for returns. If the product reached you damaged or opened during transit, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product at: info@rair.club.

Refunds
We maintain sole discretion over all refund decisions, including determinations of product damage or defect. Should we approve a refund request, you will be notified and the refund will be processed using your original payment method.
Cancellation
Order cancellations are generally not accepted due to our rapid processing and shipping schedule. Cancellation requests may only be considered under extraordinary circumstances and remain entirely at our discretion.
